This policy describes how you may be able to obtain warranty service on, return, or exchange products you obtain from QYSEA.

Product Warranties

Some QYSEA products may offered with a product warranty. If yourQYSEA product is offered with a product warranty, the documentation that accompanies your product will describe your product warranty coverage, including the applicable warranty period that begins on the date that you purchased the product (the “Warranty Period”).

 

To the extent that a repair to your product is covered under QYSEA’s product warranty and occurs during the Warranty Period, you will not be charged for diagnostics, labor, replacement parts, testing, and the cost of shipping the repaired product back to you.

 

In order to obtain a repair under QYSEA’s product warranty, you must:

• Request repair fromQYSEA within the Warranty Period of your product;

• Provide the product’s model, serial number, and other information from the factory label;

• Provide receipts, proof of purchase, product registration, and other applicable information regarding the Warranty Period of the product;

• Provide any other information requested byQYSEA regarding the product, your purchase or use of the product, and the nature of the repair requested;

• Ship the product to QYSEA within seven days of submitting your request for repair.

Warranty Exceptions

QYSEA product warranties do not cover product defects, damage, malfunctions, or other problems that are caused by:

A. User error.

B. Any use or operation of the product in a manner inconsistent with the user manual, safety warnings, or other product documentation.

C. Repair of the product by anyone other than QYSEAor an authorizedQYSEA service center, or using any parts not provided by QYSEA.

D. Any alteration, modification, or disassembly of the product, including any factoQYSEAre-sealed component of the product that has been opened by anyone except QYSEAor an authorized QYSEA service center.

E. Use of battery packs or chargers that have been modified, altered, or are not provided byQYSEA.

F. Use of the product in adverse environmental conditions such as rain, high winds, darkness, sand, dust, storm, fog, mist, moisture, or other situations or atmospheric conditions involving poor visibility, increased risk, or reduced performance.

G. Operation in electromagnetic fields, which may occur (among other places) near transmission towers, high tension power cables, and electric substations.

H. Interference with other devices that may transmit electronic signals, including WiFi signal interference.

I. Attaching any object to the product, or attempting to use the product to lift or carry any object.

J. Operation of the product with insufficient battery power.

Additional Warranty Requirements:

• You are responsible for sending your product to QYSEA within seven days of requesting warranty service.

• After QYSEA receives your product, the product will be tested to determine the cause of the problem. If the repair is determined to be covered by the product warranty, QYSEAwill be responsible for the cost of testing, materials, labor, and shipping.

• If the repair is not determined to be covered by the product warranty, you may still choose to obtain repair from QYSEA, but in that case you would be responsible for the costs such as diagnostics, replacement parts, labor, and testing. You are also responsible for any shipping costs to return your product.

• Because of the differences in product versions and availability of authorized service centers in different countries, QYSEA’s product warranties are not valid worldwide.

In some circumstances, you may return an unused product in good condition that you have purchased from QYSEA for a refund. To return a product to QYSEA, you must notify QYSEA of your wish to return the product within seven days after purchase, and must then return the product to QYSEA.

• within seven days after purchase

• unused (and never activated for use)

• with receipt or other suitable proof of purchase

• with the product’s factory labels, serial numbers, and anti-counterfeiting labels legible and intact

• with all packaging, accessories, and documentation

• with the product and all packaging, accessories, and documentation in undamaged and fully operational and merchantable condition

QYSEA can only accept returns of undamaged products in good condition. However if your product was damaged during shipping, please see our exchange policy below

 

In some circumstances, QYSEA may exchange a product that you have purchased from QYSEA for a replacement product of the same type. QYSEA may allow you to exchange your product within fifteen days of purchase if the product initially fails to perform as set forth in the product documentation (such as a failure to start) or if the product is damaged by the carrier during shipping to you. However QYSEA will not replace any product that fails due to any of the causes set forth in the “Warranty Exceptions” section. In order to exchange your product, you must notify QYSEA of your wish to exchange the product within fifteen days after purchase, and must then return the product to QYSEA:

• within fifteen days after purchase

• with receipt or other suitable proof of purchase

• with the product’s factory labels, serial numbers, and anti-counterfeiting labels legible and intact

• with all packaging, accessories, and documentation in undamaged condition
