E-GO · UNDERWATER DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM

Build What's Next Underwater

Start with a field-ready E-GO. Use its software, electrical and mechanical interfaces to develop the system your research requires.

LAYER 01 · SOFTWARE ACCESS

Bring E-GO to life with code

Write your code and watch E-GO respond in real time—from vehicle movement and status data to the live underwater view.

WHY E-GO

Less time on building ROV
More time on research

E-GO gives you a field-ready vehicle, an open development path and the flexibility to add the tools your project needs—so your team can move from idea to underwater testing faster.

01
FIELD-READY PLATFORM

Start testing sooner

Begin with an integrated ROV instead of making vehicle assembly, sealing and basic control your first development milestone.

02
4K IMAGING

Bring underwater vision into your application

Capture detailed video for observation, inspection and computer-vision development.

03
MODULAR TASK HARDWARE

Move from observation to action

Add robotic arms, cameras, samplers, sensors and measurement tools as your task requires.

04
FIELD CONTINUITY

Keep the mission moving

Hot-swappable dual batteries and compatible power accessories can support longer field workflows.

05
OPEN DEVELOPMENT

Build above and around E-GO

Control E-GO with code, connect external hardware and mount custom tools.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Which QYSEA ROV models support the QYSEA SDK?

All V, E, W and X Series ROV models support the SDK. Compared with V-EVO and V6 Expert, E-GO offers greater payload capacity, more flexible tool mounting and dual hot-swappable batteries, making it our recommended platform for development projects.

Can I use the SDK on a PC?

Yes. The QYSEA SDK supports development on both Windows and Linux.

Can the live video feed be used with OpenCV or external AI tools?

Yes. Each video frame is provided as a NumPy array in uint8 format with an H × W × 3 shape and RGB color order. It can be used directly with PyTorch, YOLO and other vision pipelines, or converted to BGR for OpenCV. The video stream runs at 30 fps with approximately 200–250 ms latency.

Does the SDK include built-in AI recognition?

No universal recognition model is included. You can connect the live video feed to your own AI models for applications such as marine-life classification, coral analysis, debris detection and defect inspection.

Are the same APIs available on every supported ROV?

Available control functions, status data and accessory APIs may vary by ROV model and configuration. Refer to the SDK documentation or contact QYSEA to confirm the capabilities of your selected model.

How do I obtain the SDK package and license?

Purchase the Development Pack, and we’ll send the SDK package, license key and development documentation to you by email.
