Following the MOU ceremony, QYSEA hosted its inaugural QYSEA Saudi Maritime Technology Partner Forum 2026 on July 15 in Al Khobar. The forum welcomed representatives from Aramco, local partners, service providers, and industry stakeholders to discuss the future of intelligent underwater operations across Saudi Arabia’s offshore energy, marine infrastructure, ports, coastal assets, and environmental monitoring sectors.

“Saudi Arabia is a strategic market for QYSEA, where priorities across energy, maritime infrastructure, and environmental protection are advancing together,” said Belinda Zhang, CEO of QYSEA Technology. “The MOU with Aramco establishes a framework for applying underwater intelligence to marine biodiversity and habitat monitoring. As underwater operations move from standalone equipment toward integrated, data-driven task systems, long-term adoption will depend on both advanced technology and strong local service capabilities. The forum allows us to work directly with Saudi service providers and industry stakeholders to build those capabilities for practical deployment across the Kingdom.”

During the forum, QYSEA presented its latest industrial underwater AI solutions, including mission-ready ROV platforms, navigation and positioning technologies, AI-enabled inspection workflows, and integrated data capabilities. Through presentations, partner case studies, technology displays, and live demonstrations of the X1 and E-MASTER NAVI, attendees saw how rapidly deployable underwater robotic systems can improve inspection repeatability, standardize data collection, reduce diver exposure, and increase field efficiency while supporting faster decisions and better long-term asset data management.

QYSEA also outlined its approach to strengthening local service capabilities through technical training, product support, joint market development, and closer collaboration with local Saudi partners and service providers. Through this approach, QYSEA aims to strengthen technical expertise, field readiness, and application-specific service capabilities across marine inspection, offshore energy, industrial infrastructure, and environmental monitoring. The company believes that the long-term development of intelligent underwater operations will depend not only on advanced technology, but also on professional, consistent, and trusted local service delivery. Building on these discussions, QYSEA will continue working with Saudi partners to turn intelligent underwater technologies into practical solutions that support safer, smarter, and more sustainable operations across the Kingdom.
